Return & Refund Policy
Items may be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. Please contact Support@jenyliad.top for more information. Returned items will receive a store credit.
While our hotline headbands are built to last, errors sometimes occur.
If your headband has a manufacturing defect and breaks or falls apart within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.*
Simply email us the following information so we can review your order:
+ Email Subject: Replacement
+ Purchase Date
+ Purchase Location (Partner Retailer/Boutique Name, Website, Location, etc.)
+ A picture of the damaged headband and its packaging (to ensure we send you the correct replacement)
+ Your Shipping Address
After receiving your email to Support@jenyliad.top, we will ship your replacement to you as soon as possible.
*Free replacements are available to US customers only. All international exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
